Got to take a few of my @westerncaucus congressional colleagues on an insightful visit and tour of San Joaquin Refinery to see their operations up close. For over 55 years in Bakersfield, they’ve produced the lubricants, asphalt, and adhesives that keep our economy running. Essential ingredients and infrastructure we use in our everyday lives. This is American manufacturing at its best, and Sacramento should be making it easier for businesses like this to grow, invest and expand not harder.
