Weeks after deporting Adriana to the DRC and after a federal judge ordered for her return, the Trump Administration claims they don’t know where she is. The truth? She is exactly where ICE left her. We’ve been working on this case since day one and we are demanding that ICE immediately comply with the law and bring Adriana home.

Judge Leon ordered ICE to take all available steps to return Adriana to the U.S. from the DRC. Adriana should never have been deported. As we expect ICE’s compliance with the court’s order to bring her home, I’ll continue to do everything in my power to ensure her safety. We must keep speaking up.
