It was a pleasure to meet the Elyria Westwood Middle School students on the steps of the United States Capitol. I applaud the school for bringing their students to Washington, DC to learn their nation’s rich history. Go Pioneers! https://t.co/z5UnX6vERX
Rep. @DorisMatsui and I led a bipartisan letter to National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross urging the White House to convene a federal-industry plan for handling AI-discovered software vulnerabilities. When AI can find serious flaws faster than defenders can fix them, America's lead is only as strong as our ability to act on it. Read more here: https://t.co/V1ZwlGciUD
The Congressional Clays Competition, hosted by @HunterandAngler, brings together Members of the Congressional Sportsman Caucus and conservation advocates for a day of camaraderie and competition in support of America’s outdoors sporting traditions. It was a great day to be outside supporting conservation efforts and celebrating our nation’s rich sporting heritage.

Last night, Marcia and I participated in the 44th Gourmet Gala for @MarchofDimes, an organization leading the fight for the health of moms and babies. We’ve attended this event for more than 10 years and always enjoy spending time with other Members of Congress, families, and advocates who care deeply about maternal and infant health. This year, we shared my Aunt Hilda’s Pecan Pie recipe, which received the Best Presentation Award! It was a fun evening raising awareness and supporting healthier futures for moms and babies.

May is National Military Appreciation Month, a time to honor the men and women who have worn the uniform of the United States and the families who stand behind them. From Lexington and Concord to the deserts of the Middle East, generations of American service members have answered the call to defend our freedom. To every soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, Coast Guardsman, and Guardian, past and present, thank you for your service and sacrifice. #MilitaryAppreciationMonth
