Agriculture is the heart and soul of what we do in Nebraska. Today, we recognize Nebraska’s farmers, especially with fall harvest underway.🌽 Thank you to all of our farmers who feed and fuel our state, our nation, and the world. You are the foundation of the Good Life. Your grit, humility and resilience are an example for us all.
Go Big Red!
In 2025, an estimated 44.6 million people in the United States aged 12 or older had a substance use disorder in the past year. Substance use disorders are a critical public health issue. They have devastating consequences for individuals, families, and communities. The Senate recently passed my bipartisan resolution to call attention to this crisis and the need to support critical prevention programs. We can and must do more to combat this deadly epidemic.
Thank you to @BDandCo for your continued investment in Nebraska!
The government does not get to choose what’s best for our kids. Parents have every right to choose a faith-based curriculum for their children. I urge the Supreme Court to reverse the California court’s discriminatory decision. I will continue to defend homeschooling parents. https://t.co/x3u8m6j2ra
The Nebraska Tractor Test Lab is the official tractor testing location for the U.S. and countries around the world. Â It ensures all tractors are properly equipped to perform safely and effectively. Â Another example of Nebraska leading the way in agriculture. https://t.co/r6lx1HDAAq
On October 7, Hamas terrorists carried out the deadliest attack against the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Three years later, we remember the innocent lives taken and stand with their families and the people of Israel. Hamas was enabled by years of Iranian funding, weapons, and training. America must confront terrorism and its sponsors with strength, not appeasement.
I appreciate the Administration’s willingness to find new ways to bring down costs for our farmers and ranchers during harvest. The temporary highway use of red-dyed diesel will help with transportation and supply chain costs, like transporting machines to the field. We will continue working to ensure Nebraskans get the relief they deserve. https://t.co/ILOLxAuIOo
Communist China continues to show its true colors with spies and deception on American soil. We must remain vigilant against the threat it poses to America. https://t.co/68pYVoyi0F
Today we celebrate National Manufacturing Day. Over 97,000 Nebraskans wake up each morning and head to work in a factory, shop, or plant. Our food manufacturers ensure Nebraska-grown food products reach tables everywhere. Our machinery and irrigation manufacturers supply producers around the world with the infrastructure they need. And our defense and transportation manufacturers keep America safe and connected. Nebraska’s location, skilled labor, and tradition of innovation give us a competitive edge. I’ll keep fighting to ensure our state remains a place where manufacturing thrives.
