The fight for voting rights isn’t just about us. It’s about protecting the legacy and hard-fought victories of those who came before us, while continuing the march for those who will come after us. We will not go back. The fight for voting rights continues today, tomorrow, and every day.
The fight for justice continues. #AllRoadsLeadtotheSouth https://t.co/BY1vRqth1r
Proud to celebrate Adelphi Bank, led by my friends Jordan Miller and Kevin Boyce, after being named the No.1 bank in Central Ohio with the fastest-growing deposits by Columbus Business First. My bill, H.R. 3709, will provide critical resources to small banks nationwide - just like Adelphi.
RT @ColsCitySchools: Congresswoman @RepBeatty announced winners of the 2026 OH-03 Congressional Art Competition. Congrats to 2 CCS student…
As co-chair of the Financial Literacy and Wealth Creation Caucus, I was proud to host a Retirement Savings Roundtable with the Aspen Institute's Financial Security Program. Preparing America's workforce for retirement creates a strong foundation for broader economic mobility and prosperity.
Yesterday, I voted YES on the War Powers Resolution to rein in President Trump’s unfettered military action in Iran. The law is clear: American troops cannot remain in Iran without Congressional approval after 60 days. President Trump has now surpassed that deadline, dragging servicemembers into a conflict Americans never wanted. Meanwhile, working families are facing gas prices over $4 per gallon — 44% higher than this time last year. It’s time for Republicans to end this costly war and put affordability and the American people first.
Today, in Financial Services Committee, I made it clear: our job in Congress is to fight for job creation, affordability, and housing for all Americans. We have a responsibility to our constituents - and I'm holding my Republican colleagues accountable. https://t.co/DQDASoo2Mr
Honored to return to the 44th Annual @MarchofDimes Gourmet Gala as a five-year Legacy Chef, sharing my “Mom’s Sweet Potato Pie With a Twist!”—a tribute to my mother and family legacy. Most importantly, I was thrilled to support the March of Dimes mission to improve the health of mothers and babies.
I am proud to announce that my bill H.R. 3709 which provides critical resources to small banks, unanimously passed the House and now awaits Senate passage. This is a critical step forward to empower the small banks that our communities depend on. 🎉 https://t.co/CF2p7Tg2Ut
