Every family deserves the freedom to choose the education that's right for their child. The Education Freedom Tax Credit is expanding educational resources for students across the country, including here in Colorado.   But no family should lose access to these resources because of where their child goes to school. That's why today I introduced the RELA Act to ensure Education Freedom Tax Credit dollars reach every student, including those who attend private and religious schools.   What this means: ✅ No state can exclude private or religious schools; ✅ Scholarship Granting Organizations stay free from government control; and ✅ Families have more options for their child's education.

Colorado's 5th is home to a complex manufacturing industry building the things we rely on every day. Recently, I toured the manufacturing floor at Integrity Welding and Fabrication and saw the skill and precision required to fabricate complex, advanced parts for a wide range of industries.
