Missouri farmers are seeing real results from the One Big Beautiful Bill! Thanks to the strengthened farm safety net we delivered, Missouri farmers will receive $493 million in ARC/PLC payments for the 2025 crop year — $133 million MORE than they would have received without that transformative legislation. That’s real relief for the hardworking farmers who feed and fuel our nation.
In the Working Families Tax Cuts, Republicans created Trump Accounts, which are a transformational investment for American families. This investment will set the next generation up for greater financial success and a brighter future. https://t.co/stXG5WBSXI
3 years ago today, Hamas terrorists invaded Israel, kidnapping, killing, and torturing thousands of innocent Jewish people. May we never forget the victims of this heinous violence and pray for a world eradicated of antisemitism.

Mike Miller, the owner of Patrick’s Restaurant & Bar, knows that investing in employees is one of the best investments a small business can make — more than 10% of his staff have been with him for over 20 years. Making the Small Business Tax Deduction permanent gives Main Street employers the certainty to keep investing in their workers, retain experienced employees, and grow their businesses.
Today, we’re in Memphis hearing directly from West Tennessee workers, families, and small businesses about how the Working Families Tax Cuts are delivering tax relief in their communities. The empty seats on the other side of the dais speak for themselves. Not one Democrat member joined us today. They continue to ignore the needs of these communities even after they voted against the tax relief these working families are benefiting from.
Today, the Ways and Means Committee is at the Orgill Innovation Center in Memphis, Tennessee to hear from working families and job creators, the same people who helped us craft the Working Families Tax Cuts. Over 1 year later, Americans are seeing the benefits of pro-growth, pro-worker tax policy, and today, we’ll hear their stories.
I applaud President Trump’s executive order today to provide immediate relief by deferring the excise tax for on-road use of dyed diesel until the end of the year. This is a much-needed step to lessen the burden that increased fuel prices have had on farmers, ranchers, and the entire agricultural community. This executive order is only a first step — it is crucial to provide lasting relief for the hardworking Americans who feed, fuel, and clothe our nation.
What a win for Mizzou! Coach Drinkwitz has built more than a winning football program in Columbia — he’s built a program that elevates our university and our entire state. Every time Mizzou takes the field on the national stage, they’re showing the country what Missouri is all about. Proud of this team, proud of Coach Drink, proud of my alma mater, and proud of the Show-Me State. MIZ!
In the Working Families Tax Cuts, President Trump and Republicans expanded educational opportunities for American families by creating the Education Freedom Tax Credit. This new credit will give working families access to more choices, more resources, and the freedom to choose the education that best fits their children's needs.
