Taxpayer dollars are not Trump’s personal propaganda fund. This court order is a win for taxpayers, but stopping the ads is only the beginning. Americans deserve answers about every dollar spent. That’s why I’ve demanded a thorough investigation into these ads and that all records are preserved. Now we need answers: Who approved them, how much was spent, and who will be held accountable.

Trump is doing a deal with the devil to try to help his flailing political fortunes from the shockingly high diesel prices caused by his own reckless, illegal war in the Middle East.   This filthy deal will only aid and abet the same Putin who is helping the Iranians to target and try to kill American troops in the Middle East and who illegally and viciously invaded our ally Ukraine.

Donald Trump is escalating his smear campaign against Lisa Cook while turning the presidency into a personal ATM: crypto schemes, taxpayer-funded propaganda ads, cash for his family - the list could go on forever.  This has nothing to do with 'ethical concerns.' It’s about Trump trying to seize control of the Fed, something that would mean even more economic chaos for American families.

The shooting of a New Yorker by ICE agents today is deeply disturbing, especially amid reports that a child was in the car when shots were fired. I’m relieved the man is receiving medical care and the child was unharmed. But enough is enough. New Yorkers deserve the full truth about what happened. DHS must immediately release all body camera footage and ensure a full, independent investigation. When excessive force is used, there must be accountability. No one is above the law.   For months, I’ve warned that ICE’s increasingly aggressive tactics put lives at risk. That’s why Senate Democrats fought for enforceable safeguards holding ICE agents to the same standards as other law enforcement officers.   DHS can make all the claims it wants. The footage will speak for itself. Release it.

Today we mark 3 years since Hamas’s horrific October 7th terrorist attack on Israel, the single deadliest day in Jewish history since the Holocaust. The brutality of the October 7th attacks that killed over 1,200 people, including 48 Americans, and took hostage over 250, will be seared into our memories forever. I visited Israel on October 10th and met with hostage families; I felt their pain, anguish, and fear—it’s a feeling I will never forget. We must all never forget.  On this solemn anniversary, my prayers are with those killed in Hamas’s attacks, the hostages who came home through painstaking negotiations, and the hostages who were killed in captivity and whose bodies were brutally held for over 2 years, including my constituents Omer Neutra and Itay Chen.  Today, we reaffirm our commitment to the security of the Israeli people, to the aid and wellbeing of the Palestinian people and the recovery of the devastation in Gaza that the ensuing conflict brought, and to doubling down on efforts for a lasting peace resulting in two states where Israelis and Palestinians can live side by side in equal measures of peace, security, dignity, and mutual recognition.

We’ve been preparing for months to stop unconstitutional, corrupt schemes just like this one. We’re taking nothing for granted—and we’ll be ready to see and beat these ghouls in court.

Deranged. Delusional. And soon to be defeated.   Calling millions of Americans collateral damage in his illegal war that nobody asked for takes a special kind of depravity, the kind only a man as weak and feeble as Donald Trump could sink to.

First, Trump steals money from taxpayers to fund his propaganda. Then, he illegally coordinates with a Super PAC to keep that propaganda going. And to top it all off, he won’t reimburse taxpayers for the money he stole. Trump must return this money to the American people, and there must be a full investigation into this gross waste and abuse of taxpayer dollars.

Donald Trump’s ridiculous, corrupt propaganda ads are straight out of Putin and Kim Jong Un’s playbook. As he guts Medicaid, SNAP, and cancer research funding, he somehow finds millions of taxpayer dollars to air blatantly political ads. I am demanding an investigation into this misuse of taxpayer funds, the preservation of all records related to it, and will be filing a complaint with the FEC about Trump’s illegal coordination with the MAGA Inc. Super PAC as he attempts to pivot from one illegal act to another.

For years, Flock has pointed its lens at New Yorkers. Now it's time to turn the lens around and zoom in on Flock. Flock must delete personal data of American citizens without criminal connections and answer questions about the mountains of personal data they've already stockpiled. We cannot allow this company to continue to operate in the shadows. No one in New York or anywhere in America should give up their privacy just by stepping outside.
