The deadly attack on Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh Airport shows that President Trump’s war of choice in Iran is now dangerously spiraling throughout the region.  Our U.S. servicemen and women and our regional allies face increased attacks by Iranian-backed militias, because he has failed to present clear objectives and a plan to end this war.      When Trump took our nation to war eight months ago, he did so despite any imminent threat posed by Iran to the United States, and lacking necessary Congressional authorization.  Since then, a bipartisan House of Representatives has passed three resolutions rebuking the president for unlawful war with Iran.     Just yesterday, the Pentagon reported that that the number of U.S. service members killed has risen to 21, with 865 wounded.  Americans are paying skyrocketing fuel prices, which is raising the cost of everything we have to buy.  The American people and our allies deserve clear answers from President Trump about his plan to end this war and prevent a growing, prolonged regional war.   No one deserves answers more than our U.S. servicemembers and their families https://t.co/pDdAqDdrjd

Secretary Hegseth’s desire to conduct a public execution is disturbing and should be stopped.
