For years, criminals exploited Medicare while the Biden Administration failed to stop the fraud hurting seniors and costing taxpayers billions. The Ways and Means Committee has worked to expose how hospice fraud schemes have taken advantage of vulnerable patients and wasted taxpayer dollars. In L.A. alone, investigators believe at least HALF of the area’s hospices are fraudulent and stronger accountability efforts have already led to 800 of these hospices being suspended. President Trump and Dr. Oz are continuing efforts to stop fraud before it starts and remove the bad actors already abusing the system.

I congratulate my friend Kevin Warsh on his confirmation as Chairman of the Federal Reserve! His leadership comes at a critical time for working families and small businesses after years of high interest rates holding back growth and opportunity in our economy. This new leadership understands how costly borrowing has made it more difficult for families to buy a home and for small businesses to invest, hire, and grow. Combined with the Working Families Tax Cuts, lower borrowing costs can help Americans keep more of their hard-earned money and expand opportunity across the country!
A year ago today, the Ways and Means Committee began to markup a bill that would deliver the largest tax cut in American history, the Working Families Tax Cuts. Now, a year later, Americans have just experienced a tax filing season with record tax refunds returning more of their hard-earned money to their pockets! 🇺🇸
Meet Erica, a working mom, a caretaker, and a new homeowner. Thanks to ‘No Tax on Tips’, Erica has more money in her pocket to take care of her family and achieve more of her goals and dreams. https://t.co/yn9jvJ4ZBH
